I called them to unlock my door and they where able to come out same day and get it open right away. Workers where very nice and got the job done right away.

Outrageously expensive, every conceivable charge was thought up. In short, I paid $500 in labour for 3 hours work. Plus another $300 in mark up for parts; i.e. the deadbolt sold for $175 could be purchased for $110. $800 for 3 hours of work is not fair value.

I was moving in and need 4 locks rekeyed promptly. Got a few quotes from 3 locksmiths and chose Maximum. They were able to send a locksmith over within my requested time frame, charged reasonably and job efficiently done within half an hour.
