on time, quickly done. large team was able to get things done efficientely. The delay between roofer and evestrough crew was not expected so that could be communicated a little better. The amount of nails around the house and in my lawn that was left behind was alarming though. I am still concerned my kids or myself will step on one somewhere after picking up at least 40-50 myself. This needs to be improved for future clients.

Crews were good. Worked really hard even in some uncooperative weather. Quality of work seems very good. No issues so far and it is 4 months later.

The finished work looks great. The crew went to work on time and cleaned up completely. They consulted me on what I would like to have happen, so they were prepared when they showed up. Fraser Shingling was easy to work with and the results look great.

The Calgary branch of this Fraser company is absolutely terrible. I don't know about Edmonton or other cities, but in Calgary this company is known for their absolutely terrible service, slow communication, and poor work, and months and months of paperwork delays. Absolutely avoid the Calgary branch.
