This company and John the project manager from the onset of selecting a roofing product to the arranging installation has been excellent. The installation crew were courteous, professionsl and kept the jobsite clean . I would highly recommend this firm for your exterior and roofing needs.

Singles curved after 2 years. Some clown named sylvan came out at that time and said everything was fine. Another guy came out after year 5 and said everything is fine.
After that they quit responding.
14 years later I need a new roof.
I’ve had water enter in 5 different places and had a 20k insurance claim.
I Would not use these guys unless you lived in a tent.
They put on organic Bp shingles on their recommendation which failed and they wold not stand by it. Got Every excuse in the book as to why I had a good shingle job that Stevie Wonder could tell was garbage. for some reason my previous 25 year old roof on the same home was fine, but now I have a construction issue.

Fraser’s are dependable and trustworthy contractors. They have always gone out of their way to accommodate me with my rental business, and provided excellent service in an emergency shingling situation for me. I don’t even shop around when I need a job done, I just call Fraser’s and can depend on prompt, professional service.

Fraser Shingling went above and beyond (quite literally!) to ensure that my roof was re-shingled and properly ventilated after my home manufacturer refused to take responsibility for an inadequate ventilation system which resulted in my shingles failing 10 years prematurely. From the initial inspection to their quote, to their expert roofing teams, to text messages updating me on their expected arrival times, to an on-site quality check by senior management ... I felt assurance at every step that my roof would be done right by a company I could trust.

Workers were fast ,professional, and respectful of the property.

Communication between the office and myself was pretty bad. I had someone come out and provide an estimate in July of 2017. Due to poor communication (and lack of communication), we didn’t end up getting workers out to our home until May 2018.

The crew that did eventually show up to do the work were very good. They were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. They also communicated very well as to whether they would be here from one day to the next.

So, I have had a poor experience with the estimator/schedulers and a great experience with the actual working crew.

Was handled professionally and was very quick. There was no garbage left behind, they left everything clean. Let us know if there was a delay. Very happy with the service.

Very happy with the work. Total cost was exact to the estimate. The site was left clean and tidy.

Fraser did a great job, even though I never even saw them. They came while I was at work, did the job, cleaned up and left. I wasn't really sure that they had been there as there was not a speck of evidence or debris left behind. Roof looks great and would highly reccomend them to others!!

An absolutely painless, seamless business transaction. I was out of the country and the job was handled in a timely and professional manner. I highly recommend this company.
