I had worked with Fraser for about 15 yrs within the Insurance Industry but never personally. My expectations were far exceeded. The crews were respectful, courteous and professional. Meticulous detail was given and my house is the best on the block! I am more than happy to refer to my friends and family. Thank you!!

Needed some quick repairs done. Crew was out in a few days and did a great job at the quoted price. Will be using Fraser for a new roofing job next month.

Had the absolute pleasure of these people replacing the roof on the house last week. The Crew that did the work were the most professional and polite group one could hope to meet, went above and beyond, answering my questions (I admit I had a few) they even went so far as to stick down the shingles to ensure the wind would not lift them up again.. Cannot thank Guillaume ("Gil") and his crew enough for the hard work in the less than ideal weather. Highly recommend Fraser to anyone looking for a new roof.

Dealing with Fraser Lethbridge has been an absolute pleasure. Boyd, Jessie, and all 4 of the crews that worked on our home were fantastic. The roofers were polite, professional and quick. They worked super hard. Got our house, garage and sheds done in one day. Both metal crews and the window guys were also very friendly and professional. They're not the cheapest around, but they definitely do good work and I think the 10 yr workmanship guarantee and level of service we got was worth the extra pennies. They treated my house with respect, even went so far as to ask if they could use my garden hose to wash up instead of just turning it on without permission. I've already recommended them to my family and friends, and will continue to do so. I can't say enough good things about the Lethbridge office. Thanks again you guys!

Worst company service and craftsmanship I've ever experienced.

They took over 2 months to do the siding alone. The crew only put in 2-4 hours of work a couple times per week.

I literally found over 200 nails in my yard. My toddler is still finding them.

The j-trim has gaps in excess of 1.5" and transition pieces were not squared at all.

They broke my flood light (snapped right off) and did not inform me.

When they found a small 10"x10" piece of wood rot, they put the job to a stop and told me to find another contractor to complete that repair or pay then $500. I went to Home Depot and bought a piece of plywood for $15 and fixed it myself with 10 minutes worth of work.

The covers for the electrical outlet was broken, another one crooked.

Then to top it off, they blew the breaker on my house, then proceeded to go to 3 (that's right 3) of my neighbor's houses and attempted to use their power WITHOUT PERMISSION and ended up blowing their breakers as well.

Avoid this company.

After researching several companies and getting several quotes, I decided to use this company as they initially seemed decent.
I had zero problems with my old roof--no leaks, no ice damming, etc...-- but I went for a new one as I was trying to ward off any potential problems due to the age (25+ years) and worn appearance of it. There wasn't any damage to the roof deck when the very efficient workers removed the old shingles.
I did end up with a flat tire and many nails left around the yard as the cleanup was done rapidly too. The company offered to cover the tire if I could show them the nail, however, my tire company fixed the puncture for free.
I paid the whole invoice right away. Shortly after, it was discovered that the shingles weren't put close enough to the edge and they had to install a drip-edge...I also had to have the shingles around a pipe screwed down as they were sticking up. There was ice-damming which I was told, at various different times, was due to: extreme weather, venting issues, insulation, soffits plugged, and old eavestroughs---all given as possible problems but nothing concrete. How is it that I NEVER had an issue with the roof until I CHANGED it? Whenever I phoned, they were very courteous, however, it takes a Very long time to hear from them and then to get them to come out. They do say that they are busy and that the weather puts them behind. After talking to different companies, roofing association and inspection companies, I have discovered that the best route is to Now go with another company and have them assess the work and get a quote and have any problems fixed elsewhere.

The Calgary windstorms in November 2011 succeeded in ripping off a good portion of roofing shingles on my house. Fraser Roofing was recommended by my insurance company. They called with an install date, came out to redo the roof on the day indicated and finished the job in one day. They also had to replace parts of the roof sheathing that had sustained water damage. They were good at cleaning up, however I did find several shingling nails that were missed not only in the driveway, but on the street as well. Overall, a good job.

NEVER use this company!! Called at the end of May for siding that finally got done at august's end. Roofing, stuff still sitting on roof, THAT was booked in May as well. Reassurances REPEATEDLY it's getting done but no one shows up and most of the time no one returns calls even. The boss won't deal with it cause he KNOWS they are in the wrong. I am sick of this company taking advantage of my mother in law....work was supposed to be done LONG ago and it still waits.
Save your time, frustration AND money.....call a different company!!

The work was excellent, but no show on the first appointment, then had to keep phoning...leaving messages with no call back. Was very frustrating, but once I got a different contact person, it was fine. And they did a good job, and cleaned up afterwards
