Arranged for residential pump out of sewage tank on September 14, 2020. After service, noted that septic lid was not reinstalled properly and as a result incomplete seal with tank. Phoned company for advice: office staff promised phone call from operator which never happened. With help from neighbour removed cement tank lid, cleaned trapped gravel and properly reinstalled. Contacted office a second time, requested consideration of minor reduction in bill due to poor customer services. Office staff promised to discuss with operator and return phone call. Return phone call never received. In spite of poor customer service, I paid bill in full with written letter outlining my frustration. Check cashed by company with no return correspondence.
