SHUTTERS ON THE BEACH DID AN AMAZING JOB INSTALLING 4 WINDOWS IN OUR HOME, WHEN I TRIED TO CONTACT THEM NUMEROUS TIMES BY PHONE AS WELL ON THEY WEBSITE THEY TOTALLY IGNORED TRYING TO CONTACT ME THEN WHEN I FINALLY GOT SOMEONE ON THE PHONE THEY HUNG UP ON ME - NOT A WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS I HAVE REFERRED THEM TO FAMILY AND FRIEND HOWEVER IN THE FUTURE THEY WILL NOT GET OUR BUSINESS

Shutters On The Beach is that. Ten years ago I had them install shutters to the front rooms of my house - living room an two bedrooms. A few years ago I had my living room changed and the existing shutters didn’t fit. So l tried for a few years with curtains. Then more curtains and more curtains.

Why am I doing this? Shutters were nice, easy, open and close. I searched my files and found my old receipts. I called.

Their last job was meticulous, so I called. They came, measured and I added an extra room, shutters on garden doors.

The pricing was reasonable, and very similar to my old bills?

Sceptical- always!

I believe pricing should be based on materials, work involved and labour! That rarely works nowadays.

But sometimes it does! And those people and companies should be applauded and are few and far between.
