Mermaid Pools And Hot Tubs

Thank you so much to the Mermaid pool staff for the great customer service experience. We had visited the store in Gloucester to look at hot tubs, unsure of what we were looking for. Brian and Roxanne took the time to inquire about are specific needs and we believe we have found the right hot tub for us. All our inquiries were answered really quickly and we feel confident with our purchase. Thank you so much to Phil # 1 who did the show of ops. We called him when we received the tub and he arrived within 30 minutes and took care of all the installation and explained everything. What a great team!
