Ordered a hot tub cover from mermaid pools and there was initial a mix up which delayed the delivery however mermaid pools quickly rectified the situation and made sure I was satisfied as a costumer. The new cover is fabulous and the delivery team did an exceptional and smooth job replacing the old cover with the new one.

I Ordered a hot tub cover from these guys and it's been the worst experience I ever had. I paid for the cover full price and two months later I still don't have the cover. I went several times to check up and see where the cover was and they would tell me its in transit and it's on its way and their employees from top to bottom just want to get rid of you, if you call them be prepared to be interrupted and not listened to, they don't care and they make you feel like you are the problem not them. They first said It would take 4 to 6 weeks. 6 weeks later they told me its 6 to 8 weeks. 8 weeks later they tell me its never been ordered and they don't even have my file. They did nothing to help me, careless for their costumer, they wanted me to resend them the measurements even though I bought my hot tub at their store, how do you not have your own hot tub's information? Absolutely worst costumer service I ever had and I'm here stranded with a ripped tub cover. Avoid these guys at all costs trust me.
