Installation of home security system including cameras and DVR
When my car (which was parked in my driveway) was broken into during the night, it left me with a feeling of uneasiness.
I contacted the Canadian Security Team and booked someone to come out and review my security requirements.
The owner himself, Tom Smetana, came out and walked me through what my options were and I was surprised that he didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff that wasn't really required (I was ready to turn my house into Fort Knox).
Tom really impressed me with his knowledge and the time he took explaining every part of the system. He even pointed out things I hadn't even thought of (like the sump pump alarm which saved me from redoing my Basement the following Spring when the pump got clogged).
The installation was quick and painless and I really liked that the tech (Andrew) didn't leave any wires dangling all over my house for the new security devices.
The cameras installed with the DVR gave me great piece of mind and I can even watch the cameras from my phone!
The Canadian Security team were professional, courteous, and didn't sell me stuff I didn't need. I really appreciated their honesty and look forward to them installing the new system in my future house.
