We are absolutely in love with our kitchen! We did a custom Benjamin Moore grey and couldn't be happier! The dovetailed drawers are absolutely beautiful and will last a lifetime. We get compliments from everyone who comes to our home. I have to say Monica the service coordinator truly cares about customers. We had a small hiccup with the cabinets and Monica went over and above to make sure everything was taken care of and that we were happy. I also have to say Vince the owner truly cares about his customers and ensuring they are 100% happy. Barzotti has grown, but it still has a family business caring feel!

My experience at this location was outstanding. The designer Erin helped me with the design for my laundry room, that made the space feel larger. The stain and door style complemented the space and matched the other cabinetry in my house. The installer Rick went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect. I was 100% satisfied before he left. Can’t say enough great things about this company and the people who work there.

Custom kitchen , laundry room, TV unit and bathrooms all done by Barzotti Wood Working. The quality and craftsman ship is second to none. Although they were fairly delayed in their original service date when we received the product we were thrilled. Also, any knicks or issues fast responsiveness to our questions. Sarah , the showroom designer is amazing!

Customized kitchen layout, custom paint colour, upgrades and costs through our builder. Corner cabinet install was not what described at our meeting at the Barzotti showroom. Not the seamless appearance shown in the showroom. Mitres are off, chipped paint, protrudimg door...
Light valance and crown moulding are not the same colour of "white". Doors interfere with ome another, poor paint spray job in places -- grainy texture or dripping paint is evident. Refused to address cracks and chipped paint...

late last year October 2017 I broke a kitchen drawer Barzotti's had installed for us a few years ago. I approached their Office Manager Linda and advised I would like to have it by Christmas and what would the cost be? I delivered it to them approx. early Nov I think and the cost would be $50. But a few times they emphatically advised it would not be likely to expect it until March/April 2018, which was not best, but still would be addressed. They were so swamped with great new business they were behind. Approx a week or so after they advised the drawer had been re-assembled and ready for pick-up! And Linda advised there would be no cost to us-the cost was waived voluntarily by Barzotti's! Two early Christmas presents from Barzotti's to our family- we are so grateful, impressed and touched by their awesome service and care for the customer. If you are fortunate enough to be serviced by them, you are truly blessed by their corporate image-it isn't just words, it is bona fide! You are not a number, you are family.

We too purchased a new home in Smithville February 2017 and Barzotti is the supplier for the kitchen. We too paid to UPGRADE to the higher quality cabinets. The cabinets, in general are well made but there are chips as if paint is flaking from the shelf edges. And its not from us banging on the shelf as we put thing away...
Cabinet doors did not have the same clear-coat, where sent back to get refinished .
Our island gable, where the built in dishwasher goes was shorter by 1.5 inches so the washer looks flush to the cabinet doors but not to the gable, Barzotti built a new gable and although we have it at our home they have not come to install it, along with the cabinet doors
Our pullout garbage and recycling drawer was never built in the island.. although they have the work-order stating that we are to have a pullout drawer.
10 months and Christmas fast approaching and our kitchen is not complete.
Its devastating to think now we are at Barzotti's mercy.
I would like to make a federal case out of this if everyone that is disappointed with Barzotti can come together and meet the press like city plus, or Toronto star the CHCH ..
together the silent majority can get our voices heard.

Absolutely worst company to deal with. The cabinets are chipping and horrible quality. Cracks, chips, you name it....we keep finding more and more. One cabinet they repaired and it came back missing paint in different spot. Another cabinet bubbled and they took it to repair it....that was weeks and weeks ago. I've asked them for the cabinet back regardless of if they have fixed it because we want to have another company fix the entire kitchen...Barzotti won't give me he cabinet back. Keep saying Vince is looking into it. I literally just want my cabinet front back that I've already paid for and I can't get a straight answer. I am devestated with how our kitchen turned out and we don't have the money to do it again. This was supposed to be my dream kitchen and bathroom. I understand mistakes happen but I deserve to be treated with respect and not just ignored once you have my money. We have used the cabinets for four months and it's chipping everywhere. Lucky is we get five years. These a just a few small examples of the horror show kitchen. Our bathroom cabinets are the same. I am so disappointed.

We purchased a new home and Barzotti is the supplier for the kitchens and bathrooms. We paid to UPGRADE to the higher quality cabinets. The cabinets, in general are well made but they seem to ship things not 100% perfect and then correct them some time later.....sometimes MUCH later.

We have been in the house since May 2017. As with any new build, there is likely to be some sort of issue which the builder normally corrects or has corrected by the sub contractor. With the EXCEPTION of Barzotti, we are so far satisfied with the builder, the personnel and all other trades. Barzotti has been contacted by the builder and us as well to correct MINOR defects in workmanship (misaligned handles, paint, finishing) as well as to replace 2 sets of cabinets. The builder said that they would pay for the replacement. We said that is the builder would not pay, then we would pay even though it is not our fault.

To date, 5 months later, no reply not even a visit from Barzotti. We are being totally ignored! Phone calls, emails were sent to Geff and Nicole. Nothing.

Too bad you don't have a score less than ZERO because that is what I would assign to them.

ANY manufacturer who has no follow up with warranty (in this case 10 years) is NOT worth dealing with under ANY circumstances.

Customer Service is not to respective to issues and very hard to get a hold of, asked for payment even though issues were not corrected as of yet, Installers were unprofessional, Cabinets were not straight, They had the wrong door handles even though they had a sample door, had to beg for my sample door to be returned, colors did not match existing, took almost 1 year from first meeting to have them built and installed and issues corrected. Do not hire this company!

Barzotti's cabinets from the front are not too bad. However, look behind the fronts onto the frames and how the drawers are installed. The rails which hold the drawers were installed in a very unprofessional manner. The bracket did not fit, so the installer cut the bracket which undermined its strength. multiple screws (7 would you believe) were used to hold the bracket. Then a thick coating of glue was put over the bracket and screws. Needless to say over time, the brackets broke. I tried to send a picture, but the site doesn't allow pictures.
