I really enjoyed the experience, right until we took possession of the house. Up until then everyone was friendly and very helpful. Once we took possession, trying to get them to fix what was wrong was a fight the whole way. We have lived in our house 3 yrs now and we are still waiting for them to fix minor things (that are quickly becoming big things). They always seem to have an excuses why it hasn't been done and why it can't be until the next season.
