Excellent sales representatives, but very poor quality of construction and customer service after possession. After 1 year of possession there are many items to fix and finding more issues to the house. Most parts of the house required rework (leaking faucets, broken tile grout joints, exhaust bath fan vent without dampers, basement water leak , garage floor cracks wider than 3 mm etc.). Warranty department does a good job of emailing back to customers promptly but never ensures the job is done right the first time (running to failure and then fix). Re-work required on most issues and sub-contractors never knows about the real problem until they directly talk to us. Little consideration given to customer's preferences when scheduling things like pre-possession walk throughs, warranty work (they always explain why they are so busy and do not want to reschedule to fit the customer's schedule).

We are sorry to hear that there have been deficiencies with your home and even more sorry that there appears to have been lack of communication with our team and the sub-trades. We have taken your feedback and are now documenting any deficiencies with photographs/videos in order to give our trades as much information as possible to avoid any re-work having to be done.
You are certainly right that customers should not have to fit into our or our trades schedules and we want to make this right for you. Please contact our warranty department with some dates/times that work for you and we will get any outstanding items (if there are any) fixed promptly and at times that work for you.
