I would NOT recommend them until they obtain a course in safety training. They set off my fire alarm for over 45 minutes due to carbon monoxide in my home. They positioned the truck so that the fumes filled the house to unsafe levels. Firefighters had to come and air the place out. When questioned they kept telling me not to worry about it and even went so far to try and blame the smoke/carbon monoxide detector that it was possibly defective, battery was put in backwards? It wasn't till they showed up. The Ottawa firefighters reported this incident. The owner was nice enough to reimburse me half the cost. Put me through plenty of stress that I would never use them. Firefighter tried to explain to the owner (Roger) by phone what he should have done. He had left to go to another scheduled appointment. I really hope he takes this matter seriously. All about money and not safety first. The whole purpose to obtain duct cleaning is to feel like your house is clean and safe! Never would I use them or recommend to anyone.
