This is our second time using Ottawa Duct Cleaning.
They are very quick to respond to requests for quotes, promptly give you options for available dates and clear on their pricing.
They reminded us the day before the planned service that they were coming and provided us with a smaller time window as to when we should expect them to arrive. They were on time, courteous and friendly.
Great overall service and will use them again next time I need my ducts cleaned.
