The team that Roger sent to my home was very professional and on-time, Derick and his two colleagues were very respectable, they knew what need to be done, cleaning all the air ducts (22), they performed fast and efficiently and cleaned up, as they were working, they left my house without me needing to clean up after them. It had been 7 years since our last duct cleaning and with complete reno's done recently in the two bathrooms upstairs and powder room downstairs, it was time to clean the ducts. I thank Roger and his team for a job well done.

Roger came out to do the estimate. He is caring and professional. He presented three different cleaning packages (A, B and C). We went with the mid-range package. He and his staff showed up promptly on the day and were very thorough. We bought a new house and were glad to whisk away any dust and debris in the ducts from the previous owner for a fresh start. Derek & Jake from ODC were great. They were going to be a bit late and called us to tell us. They cleaned our air ducts after a major renovation and to our surprise, they removed debris in the ducts since the house was constructed, even though we had a national company in a few years ago for duct cleaning. Derek also took before and after photos to show us the difference. They also made suggestions on improvements to the air system - thanks for the great service and great price.
