Melanie was our repair technician, she was very informative, courteous, professional and explained the work process, she did excellent job fixed up our basement wall crack and left worked space clean, we are very happy with the service, and thank you Melanie for a job well done !

My husband and I were looking for companies to waterproof our home. We found issues within the first month of owning our first home. We looked into multiples companies and different types of waterproofing. We ended up going with The Crack Specialists.. mainly due to all of their glowing reviews! Now they get another! We were originally scheduled for a start date in October (but due to our own faults- we needed to reschedule) the office was happy to move us around and find something that worked for us. Stacey was always answering our never ending questions within a timely manner (thank you!!). The team ended up coming in last week to complete the waterproofing job. Everyone who came in was courteous, polite and extremely hardworking! My husband and I are very thankful for everyone involved in getting our basement fixed up for us. We highly recommend The Crack Specialists!

Wes, owner of Crack Specialists came to assess what I wanted done & gave a very fair estimate. A few days later, his sister, Mel came with a young lad to prep the area -- sorry, can't recall his name. When we got a few good dry days in a row, Mel returned alone, very early morning & worked hard, and quickly, perfecting her work all the way - always so courteous & explaining everything. Yesterday we got a hard, pummeling of rain all morning & I was honestly afraid to go & look in my basement to see if I would still find water almost 3" high covering my shoes. NOT A DROP!!! Lovely, honest, hard working people own & operate this business & I'd highly recommend to anybody, any time!! Thanks SO much Mel & Wes!!

Provided excellent explanations of options. Very fast service. Melanie was very pleasant, and was extremely careful to minimize the work needed to repair the drywall and avoided damage to tub and tiles.
