Buzz the salesman was fantastic... when I returned the skid and some leftover stones, got excellent service from Dave.. that young man was very friendly and courteous... overall good service from beaver valley staff.

I purchased a bundle of pavers which I was going to pickup. I told the salesman that if it was ok to pick them up by layers since I had a small car. He said that it was not a problem so I picked up only 2 layers of the 9 that the bundle has. I came 10 days later to buy the rest of materials for my project but this time I wanted to be delivered everything. To my surprise I was told by another salesman that 2 of my layers were sold to somebody else. No apologies, he just blamed on me very rudely for not picking up earlier. I decided to get my money back and return the unused 2 layers I picked up earlier. He said that I have to pay for restocking. Wow they are at fault and I have to pay them for that. After some time of predicament the manager arrived and was told of the situation, He also
blamed on me but accepted to return my money and to receive the 2 layers I had. What a disappointment, luckily I had not started laying the pavers. Very bad experience.

One of the worst company to deal with.
Delivery charges are ridiculous and when you call them option 5 they are so rude and impolite. I paid 1500$ for delivery charges cunningly built-in the invoice
In fact the interlocking stones were not even delivered the same date. This monopolistic attitude of the company and I would assume the management should be broken
Do not deal with this company.
They don't deserve the business
I challenge the management to respond to this review

* Office workers were very rude. Zero customer service.
* Sold us a product that was not in stock. On delivery date, screening only was delivered; no stones to be found anywhere.
* Phones ring and ring and ring; nobody answers.
* each time visiting must wait 1.5-2 hours in lineup to be served.
* Finally it was discovered the product was not in stock. Meanwhile contractors waiting to do the work.
* Beaver Valley should phone customer with updates on shipping and notify if stock has been depleted.

we bought and then returned two natural stone steps costing about $1050 with delivery. Initially they couldn't find our returns but eventually they found them and we got our money back.

After finally finding the stone size required, arranged for delivery.

Were supposed to call before delivery - no call.

Didn't ask where to put the it (I had stayed home), put in wrong place.

Arrived on 1 pallet, not 2 as the staff had ordered.

Stone snapped during installation. Not impressed.

We did an extension to our drive way last year and bought all the paving stones, HPB and edging stones from Beaver Valley. The nicest people to deal with. They are quite busy with contractors as it is their main business, but they were very helpful in giving us guidance in choosing our stones and recommending a great landscaper. This week I went back to order clear gravel which was delivered neatly in a mega bag and promptly as they said. Thank you Beaver Valley stone. I would definitely recommend them.

These people are rude! They treat customers very poorly.

I went in to get a quote on something. when I told them I didn't have the number they assigned to my company on me. They said if this happens again I won't get the landscaper discount. Then they looked it up for me by computer.

When I used a competitors name instead of beavers, for a product, they pretended that I didn't know anything and belittled my knowledge.

I use these guys because they seem to be well stocked on the basics. But don't ask for well draining soil. You'll get...what's that?
I guess hardscape is their forte, because they don't know softscape.

They have a 25% restocking fee so good luck if u miscalculate on something.

I was not impressed with their service. I stood at the front of the customer line in their office for over 45 minutes before being served, and then had to negotiate delivery on 3/4 of a ton of stone. Rather than apologize the employee serving me gave me a long list of the things she was juggling.

Before that I spent 15 minutes wandering around in their yard looking for someone to help me. Perhaps they have so much business from contractors that walk-ins are just a nuisance for them. Or perhaps they don't need to care how they treat customers.

As you can tell, I'm not impressed with their customer service.

we bought stones from this company and they were supposed to deliver them on thursday morning but after calling them a lot they delivered them on friday afternoon
their service was not good at all
