Hot water pipe (Poly B) from hot water heater sprung a leak. This is the third time we've had to call a plumber for this problem. The first two repairs were done by Pete the Plumber (who did a decent job). My wife called Mr Rooter this time based on their good BBB rating. All three leaks are at different sites. We are considering getting a free estimate to replace all the Poly B pipes in the house. We purchased a membership also. Brandon Marcotte was very thorough, explained everything to our satisfaction & was quick/efficient. We would ask for him again if we need future plumbing work.
