We hired Beechmount to install our pool liner last season, but encountered numerous issues. Shortly after installation, creases appeared in the liner, which remain unresolved to this day. Communication with Beechmount before the installation was difficult, and after the job was done, they were unresponsive to our concerns. They consistently blamed our property for the issues, refusing to acknowledge any errors in their workmanship or the possibility that the liner was improperly sized. Multiple independent pool professionals confirmed the installation was flawed, contradicting Beechmount's assertions.
Whenever we requested assistance, Beechmount dismissed our concerns and even threatened to charge for any attempted repairs. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service left us extremely disappointed. Adding to our frustration, the liner manufacturer informed us that Beechmount is solely responsible for all warranty claims, effectively giving them complete control over any resolutions. This lack of customer recourse is deeply concerning.
Based on our experience, we strongly caution against using Beechmount's services for any pool-related work. Their handling of our installation and subsequent issues was highly unsatisfactory, and we cannot recommend them.
