I made a window to be smaller and need additional bricks filled the gap. Someone suggested Andrew to me. I had big hestiation but I had no time to wait (winter). I called him. He gave me clear instructions to coordinate the window work. He found the closest brick to fill the window. Other than the color, no one can tell those were not originally there.
