We had a full kitchen renovation done including walls being removed. We had a defective extension that was also taken down and a deck built. The work was done Two weeks early and under budget which was great for us! Communication was amazing and the workers in the house were great. Would definitely recommend this service to anyone. I’m really happy with the final product.

Darwin and his team did an excellent job of our kitchen. The process was smooth and right on time. Darwin was always very quick to respond to any questions or issues that arose. We are extremely happy with the quality of workmanship and our beautiful new kitchen.

Bond built my Trex deck two years ago and did an amazing job. In December I had to have my hot tub removed from the deck and also have some minor painting and drywall repair done in a bathroom.

In spite of the total work being very small Darwin scheduled it immediately and it was done quickly and very well.

I cannot imagine doing business with any other contractor whether the project is large or small and I would highly recommend this company without reservation.

When we bought our house our basement was not finished properly by the previous home owners. After we had our third child we needed an extra bedroom and bathroom in our home. Darwin and his crew made this a reality for us and more. Our basement reno turned out AMAZING. The Bond construction team are hard working, easy to talk to you, fast, reliable and very trust worthy. Darwin and his crew have done two renovation projects in our home. A recent fireplace renovation, and a bedroom/ensuite renovation a couple of years ago. In both cases, the work was completed on time, and extremely well done. Wayne and all the rest of the crew were always very pleasant, and helpful. I felt totally comfortable having them in my house. They made suggestions which enhanced the completed projects, and we were most appreciative of that. I would definitely call Darwin again if we plan any more renovation projects in our home.

My deck system off the front of my home has two levels. A duradeck platform which is the ceiling for a portion of my developed basement and a large wooden deck extension. therefore two decks in total. Digging the post holes for the concrete post holes is quite a task, the amount of large rocks removed is always a shocker. Fabulous support for the wooden deck. Job was completed in a timely fashion and the extensive clean up was appreciated. This is the second project at my home Bond Construction has completed, the first was a fencing system. Very pleased with the end result. I highly recommend.

Job was to add a front attached garage, which required changing the roof-line, moving the existing front window to add a six foot extension for the addition of a new front entrance way and residing the complete house.
Bond Construction took care of all the architectural drawings and filings with the City planning office (whom if you've ever dealt with are the worst).
Changes during the construction, were professionally handled with a review, costing and sign-off. The crew actually suggested some money saving changes once they arrived and began work.
Construction team was friendly, knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions. They received rave reviews by the neighbours, who all showed up at one time or an other too watch and ask questions.
Pre-fab portions were not just slapped up, the crew took the time to ensure they fit properly and modified them if they didn't.
No problem in getting someone back to fix or correct any concerns we had.
No concerns with the job site clean-up, all garbage was removed and lawns swept with magnets to find any spare nails
Work was completed on budget and generally on schedule (couple weather delays).

We had our kitchen and part of our living room renovated by Darwin and his team. We are extremely happy with the results and can’t believe the transformation. Darwin was very easy to work with. He was always up front and honest about the budget and the time line, and dealt with any issues immediately. Our project was even finished before the projected end date! Excellent planning and execution of the second level deck. Darwin provided great advice and had drawings and permits put together for the job. Work went seemlessly and the City inspector had no issues with the plan and construction. We are enjoying our deck and couldn’t be happier with Bond Construction. A job well planned and executed.

Excellent job! Darwin and his crew have replaced 3 sides of fencing and my old 2 level deck and stairs and pergola over the past few years. I have been very pleased with the work they do and they clean up the site when the job is done. The approx. cost is for the last fence built only - can`t recall the total for all the work but it was reasonable. I did recommend my brother use this company and he is also thrilled with the job they did.
