New (to septic system with this) house so naturally had some questions, so we called to book an inspection and pumping service. Company did not make an appointment, said they’d just call when they were in the area. They did not, just showed up. Grumpy, would not answer our questions. So, I called the office, asked for answers/details about the inspection and was told they would get the answers and call me back... they did not. I was told it was the company owner that was at my house and he probably had a bad day. So both the actual “service” and the after service left a lot to be desired. Their truck left a 4-foot+ oil stain on our driveway.
