Wish I had read the other review before choosing Ashton. Jim DOES promise quick install - but I've had the same experience ... SLOW & EXCUSES. We have seen many days of no workers at all. Jim is full of excuses - rain, labour, machinery breakdown, backorder of materials, concrete problems. The list is endless. While some of these are viable, the sheer number of excuses makes you have little patience in the end. We're looking at probably running into week 5 as well :-( Jim's also very bad at letting you know where things stand and what is scheduled. Workers have commented that the service we're getting is not unusual.
