Shane Homes Limited

We are very happy with the homes which Shane has built for us, but more importantly to recognize a few individuals who I feel provided excellent client service and who exceeded my expectations with regards to replying to my queries, providing information on a timely basis and who were courteous and attentive to my requests. My first point of contact was Dave Gearey, our Area Manager, who was well mannered, knowledgeable, accommodating and efficient in handling the sale transaction and it was a pleasure to deal with him throughout the entire build of the homes. The second individual who provided excellent service was Brandy, our Interior Designer, in the Expressions Design Studio. She was certainly well versed in all aspects of the interior and exterior design of the homes and was able to provide excellent suggestions with regards to the choices to be made with regards to colors, tile selection, granite etc. and the appointments with her were handled efficiently and in a timely manner and she was very thorough in explaining the options available to us. The other person I would like to commend is Julia, the Construction Coordinator, who was extremely helpful in obtaining the final documentation and providing me with up to date information with regards to the status of the documentation. Although she may have been busy with her workload, she was always courteous and pleasant and was timely in replying to my queries. These three individuals stood out to me as people who enjoyed their jobs, who took an interest in their clients and who took pride in their client service.

In today’s business environment I think it is important to recognize individuals who exceed the expectations of their clients and in turn enhance the reputation of the company for which they work and that is why I feel it is important to let you know about these individuals and how they made my overall experience with Shane Homes very enjoyable.

I will definitely consider building another home with Shane.
