shaw modem/router upgrade & virus removal
My PC was completely full of Malware that all the USB ports were disabled and i was unable to function without my computer, so i called Shelene at A Laptop shoppe Corp 403-274-5190 after finding them on my phone on their mobile site at www.Alaptopshoppe.org
I appreciated the home service within 4 hours and the free pick up service since i have a disability , Mike picked up my PC and brought it back to his shop at 3, 2280-39 ave ne , where William the main technician diagnosed and repaired the problem as advertised with same day service!
What impressed me the most is Mike noticed my Shaw modem was old and i didn't have a router or hardware firewall .Mike took the time to go to Shaw on my behalf and picked a router/modem and activated it. The next day Mike delivered both the PC and Modem/router set it up and ensured it was working, as well as setting up the wireless for my phone .WOW thanks for this prompt,efficient, professional,friendly service ,I will tell all my friends and business associates about this great service .
