They do a great job. They are a reliable company that does what they say they're going to do! the work came in ontime, and budget, and the advice he had for planning and design were excellent! Very highly reccomend.

We hired Sulio of Quality Waterproofing to install deck railing and a waterproofing product. He was very charming and believable in his promises.

Initially we felt the product was beautifully installed. Unfortunately within 2 years the glue started to show thru the waterproof decking. We began calling him for warranty work, as was promised in his contract. That was when the run-around began. Sulio would promise to come by the next month to look at the problem. He would not show up and would not answer his calls. I left 14 messages, and he did not respond. If he answered the phone (by mistake I believe) then he would make new promises to fix the problem, which were never made good.

After several summers of trying to pursue him, I contacted the manufacturer of the Deck product. They stopped allowing him to install their product because of poor workmanship. They told me the Glue was failing and that Quality Waterproofing used the wrong Glue for installation, so the product would not be covered under warranty.

My deck is about 45% totally white, or white where the glue trowel marks are.

Quality Waterproofing is a disreputable company. Sulio is a con man, and I strongly suggest you DO NOT use his services.
