replace roof and worse than before
I contracted this company to replace my roof and showed them where I could see water damage inside. They quoted me on the job and said I would have 3 feet of ice and snow protection all around. A year and a half later the problem was worse than before. I reported back to them and they told me I had an insulation problem. I secured a professional to assess my insulation and he said it was my roofing and that it had been done improperly. When Ray came to speak to me he claimed I had my roof done 4 years ago. (As if I wouldn't know!) and when I showed him the water leakage he totally acted as though he couldn't see what I was seeing. Now I have to contract an insulation company to remove all the wet insulation due to poor workmanship. The roof workers were rude to me the day of installation and were laughing and smirking. Now I realize what a substandard job they were doing. We did not have a very bad winter this year so I know the job was shoddy. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Thank you for your feedback. We regret that you are having these issues, but unfortunately replacing shingles will not fix ice back up problems. Shingles are not water proof, they only shed water. We did recommend the course of action that should be taken. Again we regret that you are having difficulties.
