They are dishonest and tried to overcharge me by $1800 at the beginning of the installation. Then they rushed the job, and the majority of the headers were facing the wrong way and did not provide adequate coverage. Also, a leak was discovered caused by a T-shaped large pin that one of the installers inserted in the rubber pipe. So one of their guys sabotaged the installation. There was so many problems with the headers that they had to come several time to fix headers, but they refused to adjust the last three headers - they claimed that they had been at my place already 5 times, which is not true, and insisted on charging me unfairly $105.00 for a service charge, for their inept installation. Avoid dealing with this company. They don't stand behind their product.

Evergreen sprinklers installed a large 30 zone system at my country home. They have the expertise, man power and equipment to get it done. The owners of the company work right along side there guys. There were a few leaks when they started up the system. They were back next day to look after them. You may save a few dollars going with a light weight company, but my experience tells me to go with the best the first time. Ask for Dino or Vic.

Hired this company to open my system in spring. They came, said that one of the sprinkler heads was busted, told me one price for it. When the bill came I was charged quadruple for it, not to mention they added an additional head for "good measure" that I did not consent to and there was no arguing it as the invoice came over a month after the service. Stay away from these people, their business model is based on fraudulent tactics.

They installed my sprinkler system at 2012.
First year, 2103, activation was free by agreement and I paid for closing the sprinkler system in the fall. This year, 2014, the company called me at the beginning of May, asked me when to come for activation of the system. I told them I don't need their service this spring,
I already activate the system, got it up and running, but I will call you later for the fall.
Last Saturday, company called me again, the guy on the phone told me, we are in the neighbourhood, we can stop by and activate the system. I told them again system up and running. They were persistent and wanted to come and check if everything is okay or not.
They came in 10 min, checked system, one guy told me open of the nodes was broken and needed to replaced. I asked how much to fix it. He told me parts and labour plus tax around $160. They changed the part. At the end they gave me bill $265. I asked why is $265, you told me around $160. They told me $95+tax for activation. I told them when you came here the system was up and running. He showed me the paper , he got it from company, already printed for $95 for activation and he added under it for the part he replaced and labour by hand writing. I asked him to call company to ask, I did not ask for activation or service. He told me Saturday nobody at the company give me your credit card info and to call the company Monday morning. When I called Monday morning she told me
she did not have paperwork yet, when she had it, she will call me. She did not call,
Tuesday morning I called she said same thing. I checked my credit card transactions online, they already charged $264. I called back to company to remind her, she said it is already charged she cannot do it anything.
Today, Wednesday, another guy called me, he said, they cannot remove activation fee or if they remove that charge, they have to charge $80 for service call. I asked him did you get any call from me for service, he said no, but they fixed the problem. I said yes you fixed and I am going to pay for parts and labour. He told me I have to pay service call too, even though I did not have place a service call.
Don't use this company, they are ripping off people and they are so aggressive making money this way.

Amazing! They were helpful and not too aggressive right from the start - from the sales person right through to the installers. They followed up to check the system and adjust as needed free of charge. I would recommend them for sure!
