As a loyal client with Campbell Pools I am extremely dissatisfied with management. Never had such issues with previous management team. I purchased pool equipment that was defective. When I returned to the store and raised the issue I was informed that it was a manufacturing issue and that I could bring it back and get a new one. The clerk took my name and number and explained that I would receive a phone call once the poles would be back in stock. I explained that I no longer had my receipt and clerk said it wasn't an issue. Unfortunately we never received the call from the store last season as they had none in stock. We reached out early in the season this year to have it replaced as promissed. The call we received was that the store was in no obligation to hold true to its promise since I didn't have my receipt. Even though I still had the pole and was informed differently. Sad to see such a great place no longer care about customer service and satisfaction.
