Second time using this company for carpet cleaning. Both times provided courteous and efficient carpet cleaning. Reid is up front with the pricing and potential outcomes of his service. He is on time and great with communication. The carpets looked fantastic following his departure. In addition he provided recommendations of other home services on request.

We had Reid in to clean a sofa, love seat, 4 throw cushions, 2 rocking chairs and ottomans, an area rug and some carpet tile.
He showed up when promised and did a lovely job in good time.
Our area rug in particular was starting to show dirt and was matted where we walk. It now looks like an almost new rug again.
I think the price charged was very reasonable in view of the scope of the work done.
I would certainly use this company again and wouldnt hesitate to recommend Reid to others.
