His quote was prompt and honest. He arrived on time, was very efficient with his setup, extremely careful with his equipment and completed the job in a timely manner. We have an older house and haven't had our carpets cleaned in years, especially since we got a dog four years ago. Reid came and did a great job of cleaning all our carpeted areas and even an area rug on the main floor - they look and smell so clean! He was very responsive, efficient and I would definitely rebook in the future.

With 3 kids, 2 dogs and a cat our lightly coloured carpet on our stairs and upper floor were looking tired, stained and quite frankly, quite embarrassing.
