The special deal was one of the best in edmonton in terms of price. Quality of the technicians were average as one of the staff who came was just 2nd day into the job and we expected a much better cleaning service. The main person apologized for forgetting to do 6 vents in our unfinished basement but deducted the price (again, we expected a more professional and experienced person).
The wire brush cleaning was good but not done the greatest way as I would expect a more thorough approach by spending bit more time with the brush. Comparing the price they are decent but have to try another company next time to see whether a better price would give more professional experienced guys doing the job.

We don't feel disappointed that it was the assistance's 2nd day with us, as everyone has to have a second days of work. We do however have concerns that the lead who was mentoring the assistance was not leading well. This is not at all the impression we choose to leave. It sounds like there are some severe quality of cleaning concerns which we would love to rectify.
