I needed a specific type of window replacement for our old house and I contacted Bowen and another supplier for a quote. Bowen's people were professional, punctual and took precise measurements, so much so that the windows were installed perfectly, despite the difficult conditions on site (long and narrow openings, tile interior, etc).
