Pristine Home Renovations

We had Pristine do our roof several years ago and were super happy with the work they did. This year when we needed our front siding replaced, we called Ash at Pristine again to get it done. He was super helpful in selecting materials and our new look. The work was of great quality, and they were quick to respond and resolve a few minor caulking issues. Super satisfied again! Our curb appeal is much improved.

It starts with the project manager(Rick Lavallee) , he came out to give an estimate on the work I wanted done which included new eavestroughing. After inspecting my eaves Rick said they were still in good condition. That saved me some money , and it was nice that Rick wasn't just trying to sell me something I did not need. Rick also suggested some options that I had not thought of which worked out great. The crew doing the shingles were great. My wife did some baking and gave the crew some muffins and scones for the great job. Really like the new downspouts and fascia, that crew also did a great job. Any time I had a question or concern the office was quick to respond. If you need a new roof look no farther than Pristine.

The crew showed up on a Monday morning, and peeled the front of my house off. They allowed me to do my own insulation and were very accommodating. We are over the moon excited with our new windows, siding, facia, soffit and eavestrough.
They staff cleaned up everything and hauled it away. The crew was very friendly. They consulted with me to make sure all of my expectations were met and they sure were. I was especially pleased with the job they did wrapping my existing columns that support the front over hang.

Pristinne renovations did a great job on my facia, gutters, and damaged shingles. We had damage from a fallen tree and Justine was out to our place quickly and we had an estimate in no time. The work was top notch and quick and the site cleaned up.

Prestine did an excellent job on our roof. Very efficient, clean, polite. Excellent quality shingles. Explained to me afterwards everything they had done. Cleaned up the yard nicely when they were finished. I would highly recommend this Company!

Fantastic sales agent. He was able to answer all my questions and address all my concerns. Work from the trades is high quality. My husband, who is beyond nitpicky with trades, was impressed. Definitely would recommned to anyone concerned about aesthetics as well as functionality.

I always get a minimum of 3 estimates; for this project I actually obtained more. Rick from Pristine met with me (didn't just leave an estimate in the mailbox), was very thorough about product information and the pros and cons to consider. The shingles on the south side of the house concerned Rick and he tarped the roof before I had even signed with Pristine. That was a life saver as we had a very rainy, extremely windy summer. Rick met with me a few more times to show me product samples and to give me an idea of how the colours I selected would work together and the end result is awesome. The crews were courteous, respected our property, were meticulous and worked long hours to get the job done.
