TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! We spent over $12,000 at this store. We had some issues along the way which we were willing to overlook. The nail in. The coffin, however, was when we ordered covers for our outdoor furniture which was supposed to arrive within 4-6 weeks. After about 8 weeks we had to follow up with the store ourselves at which point we were told that there were issues at production and it will be another week or two. This ended up turning into another 4 weeks during which there was no communication, no follow-up and no calls returned. The owner, Christopher, who knew of the issues we were having avoided our calls and had his staff make up excuses as to why he cannot rectify the errors made. Even after we were clear on how unhappy we were with our experience, Christopher made no attempt to contact us in order to resolve the issue. You can spend you money here on nice items, no doubt, but don't expect any service. Complete disappointment!
