When calling the owner is rude and arrogant

The sales person Derek is excellent/honest/helpful
The delivery and arrival of the appliance which we were told at purchase would be mid April
End of April I called the owner said you and 4 others waiting maybe by June 8 we had paid for all appliances for a full kitchen end of February
When it did come in delivery which was included we were asked to pick it up??
Deliver day mix up
Very disappointed!

Appliance Repair review in Windsor

We bought all 5 appliances from Essex. Great service. Better prices. Great in delivery and time. We did have an issue with the fridge from the manufacture. It was services by them and they are great!
