Admittedly, we did under-estimate the time required, and did exceed our original scheduled date of installation, largely due to the production requirements to the custom nature of your products. We feel that we did endveour to service your concerns, and give your issues their due attention. I was personally involved in the supervision your installation, and there were qualified installers, assisted by shipping staff to support the weight of the products being installed. We made several trips to your rural location through-out the renovation, with the interests of achieving your total satisfaction. Regrettably, we did not meet your, or our our own company expectations or standards, and for this I sincerely appologize. I am sorry you still feel this way about our company. As with all of our clients, we had you inspect all of our work and sign off your complete approval, prior to paying your balance owing. We also followed up with you at your home to show you that the rough opening framing of the windows in question are at two different positions on your home's wall, which is why the interior casing follows the window profile.
