We purchased the windows and doors from Sunrise for two new homes – pricing was below other quotes we received. Sales person was helpful and knowledgeable.
We had the doors and windows installed by a third party – not Sunrise.
Nevertheless – Sunrise did come and do repairs required/caused by the third party installation. There was a fee for that - but it was more than reasonable.
The repair team was patient and helpful.
Really appreciate Sunrise stepping up to help us – even though we didn’t use them for installation.
Recommend using Sunrise for supply AND install to save a lot of problems.
