Such a disappointment. One burner quit lighting after 2 yrs. Thermostat was full of water when delivered.. replacement has condensation now. The side tray wharped after first summer. Does not retain heat when opened. Top shelf is too narrow. Cover is an absolute piece of crap. Only good feature is the rotisserie system.. but rarely used so that eliminates that plus. We have no warranty support anymore as seller discontinued sticking this crapy product. We had a Vermont Castings BBQ for 15 yrs.. it worked perfectly but we could not source replacement burners & replaced it with this piece of crap. Huge waste of money. Huge disappointment. So wanted to support a Canadian company but we cannot.

I bought this grill three summers ago and totally love it. Its made of 304 grade stainless steel and has four burners. It cooks the food perfectly - nice and evenly. Haven't had any issues with it so far, aside from one replacement part (which was actually given to me for free from Jackson customer support!). It came with a 10 year warranty too - really not sure if anyone else offers anything close to that...

Would definitely recommend a Jackson to anyone looking for a grill that offers a good mix of quality and value.
