We required new, ventilated soffits on 2 sides of the house, new eavestroughs, and anew black fascia and 2 downpipes. We also had our eavestroughs covered. Our existing soffit had a gap which allowed birds to move in, close to the hydro wires and there was no ventilation. Although I realize that other companies might charge less for making these replacements, I was pleased to have aluminum specialists make these corrections for me. The men worked steadily and professionally. They worked promptly but carefully. Blackstar advised the use of a good eavestrough cover which they applied. It is really affective.
On top of their professionalism, the men who worked for Blackstar were pleasant and understood my requests.

The siding on the second floor was old and starting to blow off in the wind. I contacted Pat from Black Star for an estimate. He was very thorough in his assessment of the house and what was needed to update the siding and eves. The crew that came out to do the work were true professionals. They were very knowledgeable in their work, would explain what they were going to do and cleaned up after themselves each day.
