Very knowledgeable people. Recently bought a spa and they were very helpful in stabilizing the water.
Many trips on a Saturday morning with water samples. Good amount of in store supplies

I wanted to support local business. I'm sorry I did! These guys took over this store and didn't have enough experience. They couldn't tell me exact prices, optional add-ons (they assumed I wouldn't want to pay additional $10 for shut off valves, and would enjoy getting soaked every time I had to clean skimming basket, and they couldn't tell me how much chemicals to use, also couldn't show me how to operate the pump, filter and heater. A year after install, pool is lob sided, one side is at least 8 inches higher. The bottom of the pool (above ground) is incredibly lumpy, bumpy and uneven, making vacuuming a huge pain! Kids didn't even have their own tractor! They needed to borrow daddy's humongous farm tractor that totally distroyed my yard. They killed lots of trees that were "in the way of their giant tractor" without I single apology!

What a nightmare! they didn't even honour their own contract! They refused to come over for pool closing, because they claimed we were too difficult to deal with and they didn't want us as customers anymore.

Service from office staff and from Trevor was excellent. A problem getting pump going at the beginning of the season was easily solved by phone. This company will get all my pool-related business.

This company has been very helpful for our pool needs & supplies.
It is good to have a company close to home for supplies and any problems with our pool. Please with their service.
