I called Owen based on the reviews and was very glad that I called him. He is very professional, very polite and friendly. He immediately diagnosed the problems with both the gas oven and the fridge. Once fixed, he waited to confirm if every thing is working correctly. He also charged me less than the estimate he gave me over the phone.

Prior to calling him, I called someone else and Owen's quote was almost 40% less than the other person's.

I will definitely call Owen next time I need help.
