Installing a heat-pump was a big decision for us.... and we had dozens of questions and a couple of concerns..... Mike was amazing and had so much time to help us navigate the options and solve our concerns (one being minimizing damage to our finished basement). Maintemp's quote was competitive and the installation plan communicated thoroughly. The crew were careful, respectful, and talented. We now have a system (heat-pump, furnace, and heat-pump water heater) that performs well and qualifies for the maximum greener-homes energy grant. Well done Mike, Brandon, and Lee.

I had a great experience from the first phone call with Mike. He explained everything to me about the heatpump and furnace working together. He advised me on rebates available and how to start the process. Mike was here a good part of the time when his installers were doing the work. The installers have been with him for a long time and knew their business. They were always very prompt and communicative. The office staff was amazing as well. My furnace and ac both of course went out on the hottest day of summer. Maintemp came right away and fixed everything. NOT an easy task in a 1957 year home. The were diligent, polite and professional. They even cleaned up, which it was probably cleaner than when started.

Mike came over to do the initial inspection and quote and was very thorough. He looked and measured everything, inspected the electrical panel to ensure everything would be with the new AC unit, and even told me about the required city permits that no other contractors mentioned. The prices were definitely on the higher side, about $1000-$2000 more than the lowest priced contractor for the same job however I still opted to go with Maintemp because they seemed very knowledgable and trustworthy. For something that's going to hopefully last for decades, I figure spending a bit extra to ensure the work is done right is worthwhile. On installation day, I had two other guys come to do the actual installation work - they were very professional and fairly clean. They started on time and finished even a little bit earlier than anticipated. Included in the installation cost is a "start up" visit to ensure everything is operating smoothly, once for the furnace during the winter and once for the AC once summer starts which is a great way to instill confidence in me as a customer.

Professional and quick service from Maintemp’s excellent installers Brayden and Brian. The guys were courteous, attentive to our walls and fixtures so as not to cause scuffs, and laid down covers to protect our floors. They installed a high quality product, with all connections beautifully done and leak-free. Very impressed as well by the new vent piping they installed, and how they routed it close to the beams so as not to obstruct any future changes we might do. A special thanks as well to Mike for accommodating our schedule with such a quick turnaround from agreement to install. A1 five star company!

We got a new AC unit installed by the Maintemp technicians. They were quick and professional and we are very happy with the service.

Once the call was put into MainTemp for a possible furnace replacement, Mike and Brooke were onsite, same day.
They were both very professional and answered all questions and advised what was required for a new furnace.
Their installation crew showed up the next morning on time and ready to work. The crew were very polite and courteous to the fact that we were a business open to the public that day. Furnace was installed without any issues, no mess or fuss. Great people, great product, great service!
