These guys are extremely unprofessional and very shady.If you can find another company to contract I would highly recommend it. It will save you the headache in the end.Trust me!!!!!

Five years ago First Choice did our house siding. This week, five years later, they returned to fix some of the siding that had slipped, honoring their warranty. Jackson did an excellent job fixing what I had identified plus other areas he had noticed. That is great customer service. Thanks to the First Choice team for handling this.

They re-did our mansurd and flat roof. They did an excellent job and had excellent customer service. They took their time walking us through the options for our trees that were in the way of the roofing to make sure our needs were met and did some additional work removing our balcony.

One of their workers accidentally stained some of our siding and they had a plan in place to replace it on their dime before we even noticed it had been done. A truly great company and one you can count on to address your concerns. They did a good job of cleanup as well which cannot be said for all contractors.

This company does not honour their lifetime guarantee. The work they did on our brickwork was very poor, 2 doors were not installed correctly, a huge mess was left (mortar, siding scraps, nails), documentation wasn't provided for our energy audit rebates (although numerous requests were made), and much more. The "Presidents" response to all of our concerns/complaints has been denial mixed with total rudeness
