Jennifer said that they do not charge per hour, just by the job, but she will never tell you that the minimum they charge is approx $135.
It takes 5 min or less to replace kitchen faucet cartridge and I payed $152.55. The BIGGEST SKAM EVER!! Shocking truly shocking! It is a shame and disgrace to take financial advantage of hard working citizens to that extend!! This handyman try to explain that thay will make more money doing construction that the service call. So, looks like this is the reason why the citizens are being ripped off to the unprecedented level!!!

We provide a free estimate on every job. The customer always has the option to accept the price or not. We do have minimum charges for different types of services. No work is done until the customer accepts the price.
In this case, that is exactly what happened. Our plumber arrived at the customer's home and, before doing any work, presented the price to the customer. The customer accepted the price, the work was completed, and the customer was asked to pay the agreed price. This was not an emergency plumbing call and the customer was free to call another plumber. Had the customer chosen not to accept our price there would have been no charge. Estimates are always free.
