Great service, appointment set up and on time delivery. Price as quoted despite challenges in the install. Everything from getting the quote through to installation was smooth, efficient with a high level of service supported by technology. James took the time to explain the work, install the heater and then waited for me to get home from work to walk me through the details. James explained the next steps, timing and asked me if I had any questions multiple times. We have just moved into a new house and have had many trades in and out. Action Furnace by far was the best overall experience and would highly recommend then.
