Deb helped design our renovation on our old house. Then we decided to build a new house and she helped design the new build. She was great to work with

Kitchen Craft has built and shipped cabinets for both main floor and basement with a high quality and on time.
We are very happy with their products and will continue the business for the next projects.

In the beginning we were elated with our purchase. The sales person was great, the order was placed and the delivery date and installation date were set.
Then the wheels fell off this wagon and everything fell apart.
The installation dates were changed.
The proper parts did not arrive on the date "THEY" set.
1 set of cabinets were too small.
The quality assurance guy came to look at the job and "HE. THE QA INSPECTOR" tells us the front doors were not made properly and the needed to be re manufactured.
The order was placed for the new doors.
I get a call saying the new doors i ordered were in and they will be there on their arranged date.
The doors came, before we opened the wrapping i indicated i wanted someone from the company present.
The doors were delivered by yet another "QA INSPECTOR" when opening the packages he shook his head and commented the doors were worse than the first ones we received.
Unfortunately the cabinets are still there.
Buyer beware...
IF YOU ARE REQUIRED TO PAY FOR EVERYTHING UP FRONT GO ELSE WHERE!
They had 100% of the funds so we put up with poor workmanship!

We build our home through Parkwood and they subcontract cabinet to kitchencraft. Indeed they are not cheep but quality is good, and they fix what ever there is something wrong.

Their trade person are honest and reliable.

KitchenCraft has a great product but I would not recommend them to anyone as they were terrible to work with. We were made numerous promises about when the work would be done, none which were followed up on. Worst is we weren't offered any sort of compensation for unapologetic, unprofessional, and frankly rude customer service. If you don't want a major headache, find a different company.

KC built my kitchen 14 years ago and did a great job, so without hesitation we hired them to reface the 6 year old kitchen in our new house. KC requires the material and labour to be paid in full before they install. Due to design problems the project took longer than agreed upon. The installer removed the hood fan and said he threw it out. The hood fan was going to be re-installed. We were supposed to have a walk through to deal with remaining issues. KC is not returning calls or e-mails. Project started in May and we are now in September. I should have insisted on a holdback. I had to buy a new hood fan.

The experience is going from good to poor to terrible.
Will make further comments as we progress. The issues are not yet resolved.
The supplier had asked for 50% up front and balance prior to installation.
100% paid for your at their mercy.
Folks do not do this. GO ELSEWHERE.
Now we are at the suppliers mercy and still waiting.

service was great!! Paivi was very helpful and had great ideas to help us pick our color and accessories!!!! Showroom was very complete and showed all the accessories that were available!

After purchasing cupboards and installed them I noticed a defect in the craftsmanship of nearly all my doors. Upon inspection they agreed to the defect and the warranty would replace them. We decided to upgrade the quality of the doors. Wasnt happy to pay more money but thankful we got a decent product in the end.
