Kitchen Craft Cabinetry

I had order 2 upper cabinets and 3 doors, no hinges,on the doors, the order came wrong, I got the hinches and they came apart 2 weeks later!!!! Faulty material, wrong size a real nightmare!!!!! And they dont care at all when you call they couldnt help us be careful with this company

They say a picture is worth 100 words. A tiny inexpensive order was submitted May 2021 the picture shows what I received October 2021. The staff I was dealing with was condescending, rude and unprofessional. If a $300. order can not be satisfied I would certainly look elsewhere when spending more. I am still waiting for a satisfactory solution.

KITCHEN CRAFT CABINETS WEST EDMONTON At the time of our reno we had to put 50% down when the design was approved.
The balance had to be paid in full prior to receiving the cabinets from the Manitoba manufacturing facility. In preparation to receive our new cabinets the balance of money owed to them was paid. The old kitchen was removed. We then get a call telling us the cabinets will be delayed due to production issues in the plant. After several conversations with various kitchen craft staff the cabinets were received. Their quality control inspector came to our house inspected the product and rejected all the cabinet doors. Poor workmanship and quality. New doors were ordered from the manufacturer by kitchen craft.
Installation continued. We were told that installing the doors was an easy process and should not worry when the new ones arrive it would be a matter of hours to change them out. A week and a half later the new doors arrive. Before opening the packages I call for their quality inspector to come and examine the new doors. He arrived "a different inspector" and again the doors were rejected he said the doors we have are not great but they are in better condition then the ones we received. The doors were sent back. The manager called me. He was Irate that the doors were sent back and someone was going to pay for them. "I KNOW IT WAS NOT GOING TO BE ME" !!!
To this day. Kitchen Craft has not done a final inspection on the kitchen.
The cabinet doors are of poor quality.
Do not give these people all the money up front. You will get stuck with inferior product like we have.

We bought our cabinets about 2 years ago and the cabinets themselves are good. The only issue I'm having now is Kitchen Craft has ignored multiple requests to give me the paint code number so I can order touch up stain. I've been contacting our distributor as well as Kitchen Craft directly and have not received a response after a dozen tries over 6 weeks.

Their cabinets are worth the price but unfortunately their customer service is abysmal.

We told estimator/designer we were taking out a kitchen wall. During install we found this was not taken into account causing problems. Luckily we used our own installer who solved the problem. Received multiple damaged pieces and in one instance had to wait 3 months for replacement pieces which turned out to be wrong causing further delays. We were accused of not buying a cupboard piece from them and trying to pass it off as from them. We had their manger come to see the problems. We showed him a drawer accessory pice which would not install. He said it was easy and could be done in minutes. I gave him the tools and after twenty minutes he quit and said his installer would have to come do it. There were many others issues. What should have been a happy experience turned out to be an arduous one.
Once they get all your money they become a less than reputable company to deal with.
Terrible, terrible, terrible. Avoid them.

Like others I guess this is their style. The design was fine and then it was a fish to pay 50% and then 50% when install was booked. The installation took forever and tons of issues but never the installers fault, it was bad shipment etc. They forced an inspection before the job was done and then waited 6 weeks to get new parts and repairs. It seemed the list of defects grew after that visit and they claimed the inspection was done so nothing really for them in addition to do. This was a small job so maybe they didn’t care but to us it was expensive and has been months since we first approved and paid and still not resolved. They take no care in their workmanship or their customer service. Use anybody else. I should note we used the West End store not this one but its the same company so the review is valid.

Your products are top notch. However, I would like to suggest that the end result was equally as much due to the knowledge, service and detail-oriented project designer, Taryn Bradshaw. Taryn is an absolute pleasure to work with. Her love for her work shines through as you talk to her and your confidence grows in her as you see her remember even minute details that would escape anyone else. Another great asset your company has is your contract installer, Ron Sutherland. He is a perfectionist who brings your products to life. He cares for your cabinets as if they were going into his own home. Both Taryn and Ron are great ambassadors for your company. Please reward them accordingly.

My husband and I were considering a reface type of renovation to our 27 year old design. The reface quote came in surprisingly high which brought us to Kitchen Craft to check out the cost of a new kitchen. After getting a quick quote on an in store demo kitchen, we had Deb and her contractor out for a review of our layout and an updated design was available to in a few days. The renovation w took about 2 months to complete and we continue to enjoy our new kitchen.

Our original dealing with Deb at KitchenCraft came in 2005 with a complete kitchen reno! We collaberated so well on the design together and install was a breeze. This made our decision to use KitchenCraft again when we moved to Bonnyville and built a new home in 2013. Again, even being 2.5 hours from their Southside location, Deb and the KitchenCraft team created another beautiful kitchen for us! Any deficiencies, for both projects, were attended to promptly. Our experience with KitchenCraft has been so positive that if another project comes our way, we would definitely seek out KitchenCraft's services!!

We chose KitchenCraft to do our renovations based on cost and a personal recommendation, and couldn't have been more pleased with the results. Deb did a wonderful job creating an efficient and attractive design and helping in the selection of cabinets, counter tops, etc. Erwin oversaw the construction, ensuring that all work was done in accordance with very high standards. Thanks to the skills and professionalism of KitchenCraft, their employees and constractors, the renovation of our kitchen, main and half bath and laundry room went very smoothly and we were extremely pleased with the results.
