We bought a bare land strata unit at Woodmere on Maple BAY road in Duncan BC The units are over 35years old ours needed a good upgrade.
We have a front courtyard {300 sq. ft] and a back courtyard {400 sq. ft.]
The courtyards had to be repaired and we hope modernized to keep the value and appearance up. We got two quotes after we got caught up-to-date on possible solutions. We chose Creative Custom Services because we liked the choices ,explanations of what the products were and .where there best use would be . We had to be educated about colours ,patterns available for the pavers, types of blocks and caps etc. etc .etc. Lucky ,the manager walked us through the whole process in avery patient knowledgeable and professional way. His workers { 6 on this site ] were very pleasant and hard working. They were very agreeable when changes were requested and their pace of work in rain or sun was very good whether the boss {Lucky{ was present or not. They started the project on time and were 2 days over because of weather and extra good soil that we had removed and replaced with proper under lay gravel and sand. the final cost was 10 % over because of changes we requested and upgrades to the base. an added natural gas conduit ,a 4ft circle and shrubs they put in because it made it easier for us.
