Millers septic attended our home to fix our frozen pipe. The end result was a torn up lawn, a broken sewage pipe, sewage seeped out under our home and nothing was fixed. They left the job in a mess. The pipe they broke was still broken and left. The sewage was still under our home. The front lawn was still dug up and our toilet still not working. After the fellow created this disaster he told us he had to leave to go to another job. As he was leaving he told my husband to buy a $35.00 heating coil, it will solve your problem. We then received a bill for $400.00. Nothing was fixed and a disaster was created. Apparently they charge $140.00 just to attend. they do not inform you of this. We tried to discuss the above with the owner of the company but he was extremely rude and belligerent and would not even discussed the problem. My husband tried to talked to him but he would not even return the phone calls. Not only did we have to pay the bill but it cost us several hundred dollars more to fix their mess. I would not use this company. I would not recommend this company.
